What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via AfterPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Square, any and all Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. If for any reason you are having issues with processing your payment please email us ASAP at support@Ch0ked.com so that we can better assist you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

ALL earrings are handmade products(unless stated otherwise), therefore most items will take 7-18 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has been processed your order will be scheduled for pickup the same, or next business day. Please keep in mind that during sales and holiday seasons; orders are subject to delays up to 30 business days. 

 

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information within 24 hours. Packages are shipped via UPS.  FedEx, USPS, and DHL upon request only, please email for shipping quote. If and when an order is partially fulfilled, orders will then ship UPS and USPS. 

 HELP! My tracking hasn't updated?

Sure, in the event that your tracking number does not update in 24-48hrs please contact the SHIPPING COURIER - ( UPS, USPS, Fedex, or DHL ) immediately for up to date information. Once a package leaves our facility UPS resumes package responsibility. 

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

Again, unfortunately you will have to contact the shipping courier to file a missing package claim. Please then email support@ch0ked.com for investigation claim/details so we can assist in recovery or replacement. 

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, Unfortunately, no!

If you have received a defective product please contact us immediately at Support@Ch0ked.com

 

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, Unfortunately No!

 

Can I exchange a product?

Yes! Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item(s). Once item has been returned and inspected a store credit for the item only will be issued. 

If your package has been returned to us due to your address being entered incorrectly, there will be a reship fee required to send back to you.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

 

Do we offer repair services?

Yes! First, please email us with clear photos attached as well as a description of what's going on with your item. If a charm or tassel needs to be replaced on your worn item, we will invoice you for the individual materials. Once we have received your item and repaired, you will need to pay a reship fee for their return.
